Bring Your Own Book is a wonderfully clever party game that turns any book — novel, cookbook, instruction manual, dictionary, whatever's on your shelf — into game fodder. Each round, a judge draws a prompt card calling for something specific ("a ridiculous tabloid headline," "dating advice," "a villain's threat") and players race against the sand timer to find the funniest matching passage in whatever book they grabbed. When time's up, players read their finds aloud and the judge picks a winner.
