Gameplay Overview
Melted is a fast, funny card game from Portland designer Ami Baio that turns a shared ice cream cone into a battlefield of flavor-matching and sweet sabotage. Players take turns adding Flavor Cards to one of three sections of the communal cone — top, middle, or bottom — by matching the active flavor, or playing Action Cards that shake everything up: change the flavor, swap everyone's hands, or wipe the entire cone clean and start over. First player to empty their hand wins; if the deck runs out first, fewest cards takes it. With 2-7 players, games under 15 minutes, and a price point of $13.99, it's an ideal impulse pick, gift, or warm-up game — and a wonderful way to support a local Portland indie game designer doing creative work right here in our community.
