Unconfirmed Contact Reports is Mothership's answer to the classic monster manual, built around a simple but powerful philosophy: every monster is a boss monster. Rather than disposable obstacles to be defeated in a single fight, each of the 40+ horrors in this book is designed as a threat that anchors one to three full sessions — a puzzle to solve, an ordeal to survive, or a terror to save innocents from. Instead of dry stat-block entries, the book presents each creature through first-hand eyewitness accounts, written specifically so Wardens can drop them directly into play as evidence, clues, or found documents for players to discover and read themselves. It's less an encyclopedia for private study and more a toolkit meant to be devoured at the table — which is exactly the point.
